The Orange Fermentary - Freshly brewed, live cultures.

It all started with the vinegar to alleviate auto-immune symptoms and chronic inflammation, for my own personal consumption only.... until a friend tasted it... and then another... and somewhere in there it was developed into a well rounded drinking tonic that makes taking your daily apple cider vinegar an experience you look forward to. Our apples are sourced from orchards surrounding Orange, we know the farmers.  We know how the fruit is grown.

High-potency, fresh, non-dairy probiotics are also made in our kitchen flavoured using locally sourced fruit. A 50 ml shot of our kefir is all that's required to provide you with your daily dose.

We value traditional methods to preserve the flavours and fruits of the season, no artificial anything added.  We use our own vinegars as our preservatives because they taste amazing too!
