The Cat's Whisker Apple Cider Vinegar (250mL)

An apple cider vinegar like no other. In collaboration with Small Acres Cyder we have produced a uniquely flavored cider vinegar that holds the signature taste of the cider it’s made from with balanced acidity. This product is bottled as a living culture vinegar (it contains a living ‘mother). Made from a wild fermented alcoholic cider that used traditional cider apples for taste, barrel aged for 18 months, further bottle aging on lees. This cider is then disgorged and transformed into vinegar using Bianca’s unique mother cultures into a smooth, golden elixir that is just the cat’s whiskers!
