1. Agreement and Acceptance
By subscribing to our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with YourMarket ABN 86206404157 ("we," "us," "our"). These terms apply to all subscription services we provide.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Service Description
- Service Name: YourMarket Subscription
- Inclusions: Selected YourMarket supplied products in season and available
- Availability: Wednesdays and Fridays between 2-6:30pm.
2.2 Subscription Commencement
Your subscription begins on completion of checkout and continues for the selected billing period.
3. Pricing and Billing
3.1 Fees
- Subscription Fee: Fees are the retail price of the goods selected.
3.2 Billing Cycle
- Billing Frequency: Upon delivery of the order.
- Payment Due: Upon delivery of the order
- Payment Methods: Direct Debit
- Failed Payments: Upon failure to process, direct debit will be retried twice.
3.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' written notice. Price increases do not apply to prepaid periods.
4. Automatic Renewal
4.1 Renewal Terms
Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews for successive periods equal to your original subscription term.
4.2 Renewal Notice
We will send renewal notices before each delivery date, including:
- Renewal date
- Applicable fees
- How to cancel before renewal
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

5.2 Cancellation Processing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to services until the end of your paid period
- No refunds for unused portions of prepaid periods (except as required by law)
5.3 Cooling-Off Period
For subscriptions that qualify as unsolicited consumer agreements under Australian Consumer Law, you have 10 business days to cancel with full refund.
5.4 Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription for:
- Non-payment after 14 days' notice
- Breach of these terms
- Misuse of our services
- Legal or regulatory requirements
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available:
- During the cooling-off period (where applicable)
- For services not provided due to our fault
- As required under Australian Consumer Law
6.2 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including:

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. For business customers, our liability may be limited to resupplying services or refunding fees paid.

12. General Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between us, superseding previous agreements.
12.3 Severability
If any term is invalid, the remaining terms continue in effect.
12.4 Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations. You cannot assign without our consent.

Every product on YourMarket is sourced directly from local farmers, makers and small independent businesses in our region. We prioritise quality, sustainability, and transparency — so you always know who made your food and where it came from.
When and how is my order delivered?
We deliver fresh, local products Wednesday & Friday between 2-6:30pm. You’ll select your delivery date and a 1 hour delivery window at checkout, and we handle all the logistics — collecting your order from each producer and bringing it straight to your door in one convenient delivery.
Is buying local more expensive?
