Spiced Mango Salsa

This is the tastiest thing we make!!!! Try it and love it!

Green mangoes are used for their resistant starches. Fresh coriander, mint, ginger and garlic. Stewed in high quality vinegar. Sugared and spiced with chili to taste. Awesome!
