Stivo’s block was planted in 2013 with two of the most recently released clones in Australia, 667 and 777. 667 is valued for producing wine with concentrated flavours, elegant structure and aging potential whilst 777 is known for its rich, concentrated flavours and complex aromatics.. The marriage between these two clones produces premium age-worthy Pinot Noir year after year, being awarded best Pinot Noir in NSW Wine Awards in 2020. The 30% new French oak offers supportive spice and savoury characteristics, adding depth and power without taking over the fruit.
