The combination of fruitiness, acidity and versatility is what makes Riesling stand out from the rest. This off-dry style means we stop fermentation early to leave residual sugar in the wine, which rounds everything off nicely. The nose is plentiful with mandarin blossom, citrus characters and a floral lift, led by white peach. Structure is prominent with a lively, clean and focused journey on the palate escorted by fruit sweetness that binds the wine together. Don’t bother going to Germany. (We stole the recipe).
