With a gentle entry, plush texture and a medium acidity, the fruit really has its hands on the steering wheel with this one. Different vineyard practices, including single cordon growth, have allowed us to experiment with different yield quantities, resulting in a more supplementary fruit intensity. The nose is abundant with green apples and pears, followed by subtle honeysuckle and a floral bouquet, providing depth to this aromatic ensemble.
