The slow cooked reduction of 100% Australian concentrated, non-fermented red grape juice, with a touch of red wine vinegar to lift the aroma. 1kg of Australian grapes is used to make each 250mL bottle. This results in a perfect balance of sweet, sour and fruit. Equally suited to sweet & savoury dishes making Vincotto an extremely versatile pantry staple.
Ideal for adding a layer of depth & richness to dairy-based delicacies and sweet desserts. Delicious as a marinade or finishing glaze for robust meats like lamb or game meats, imparting a sticky, sweet note.
