Tomato Relish (250g)

My best selling country style relish and a familiar flavour to many people.  The tomatoes and onions are locally grown without the addition of chemicals and dry brining the tomatoes overnight results in a more concentrated final product.

Lovers of this relish put it on nearly everything! It works with most roasted and BBQ lamb and beef dishes and kids love it with sausages. Add to your cheese/cold meat/steak sandwiches or meatball / Bolognaise sauce recipe for a flavour boost. A favourite accompaniment for the traditional Aussie party pies and sausage rolls.

Ingredients: local homegrown tomatoes, onions, malt vinegar, sugar, curry powder, mustard, salt, cornflour.
