Succulent Strawberry Jam (250g)

Made from local fresh strawberries and cooked with 30% less sugar, this intensely flavoured product is a winner with customers.

Apart from the usual uses, this jam can be warmed & mixed with a little butter or alcohol to make a sumptuous dessert sauce, ideal with crepes, baked ricotta cheesecake, meringue nests or simply over rich vanilla ice-cream. Or try it mixed with a little balsamic vinegar & vanilla extract and served with fresh ricotta on toasted sourdough bread.
