Spicy Apricot Chutney

Think Mango chutney, but different.  The sweetness of tree-ripened apricots is balanced by the slight tartness of orange rind & juice and white wine vinegar, with notes of mustard, turmeric, ginger, and mild chilli. 40% less sugar. 

Many customers love it in a ham or chicken toastie, or with cream cheese on their favourite fresh bread. Spread over a flat-roasted chicken before cooking -(it is heaven when mixed with the juices!). The basis of a classic comfort dish - One Pot Apricot Chicken or an accompaniment to your favourite Indian Curry.  

Ingredients: tree-ripened apricots, onions, sugar, local white wine vinegar, sultanas, orange juice & rind, garlic, ginger, fresh chillies, selected spices.
