Prosciutto San Daniele is a protected designation (DOP) Italian ham from the Friuli region. Made exclusively from Italian pigs, cured with sea salt and aged 13-16 months in the unique Alpine-Adriatic climate, creating exceptional flavor and texture.
Flavour Profile: Delicate, sweet, and buttery with a silky texture that melts on the tongue. Less salty than Parma ham, with subtle nutty undertones and a clean, refined finish from the extended aging process.
How to Use:
