Preserved Gooseberries

Delicious locally grown fresh fruit is prepared, peeled and/or sliced, and/or halved and/or de-seeded, placed in Fowler Vacola Jars of various sizes – according to the fruit type. The bottles are processed in a sterilising unit which cooks the fruit at the appropriate temperature and time required for the fruit type. The results are delightful to look at and absolutely scrumptious. Fruit preserved in this way is a delicious way to eat your favourite fruits throughout the year out-of-season. A bottle of Greentrees preserved fruit makes a great gift.

Approximately 900g - 1kg of fruit per jar.
