Macquariedale Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon Sourced from the Orange Region, shows a deep purple colour, hints of liquorice and plum on the palate. Great to compliment casseroles, beef and hearty pasta dishes.

Grown on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas (Gaanha Bula) at 860m elevation. This was a great for Cabernet with slightly warmer growing season providing excellent fruit weight and concentration but still retaining acidity and elegant structure. excellent drinking now with medium term cellaring.
