A fresh, delicate sparkling Chardonnay, with a hint of green apple.

These organically grown Chardonnay grapes were harvested early to capture the natural acidity and flavour profile of a great Sparkling wine. The wine was matured on lees for 8 months prior to post charmat fermentation. The palate is fresh with a hint of green apple. A great celebration wine for all festive occasions or just for everyday enjoyment.
