Jamón Serrano is Spain's most famous dry-cured ham, made from white pigs and aged in the cool, dry mountain air of the Sierra Nevada. Cured with sea salt for 12-18 months, it develops a deep, complex flavor.

Flavour Profile: Rich, nutty, and savory with a clean, salty finish. The texture is firm but melts on the tongue, with less fat marbling than Italian prosciutto but equally intense flavour.

How to Use:

  • Slice paper-thin and serve on its own
  • Pair with Manchego cheese and crusty bread
