Jamón Ibérico is Spain's finest cured ham, made exclusively from black Iberian pigs. The premium "bellota" grade comes from acorn-fed pigs, giving the meat its distinctive nutty sweetness. Aged 24-48 months in Spanish mountain caves.

Flavour Profile: Intensely marbled with buttery fat that melts at room temperature. Rich, complex flavours with nutty, sweet notes and a silky texture. More luxurious and fatty than Jamón Serrano.

How to Use:

  • Slice paper-thin and serve alone as a delicacy
  • Pair with aged Manchego and sherry
