Who doesn’t enjoy a bit of morning glory? Grown at the far eastern block at the highest point in the vineyard, our chardonnay bathes in the first rays of the new day’s sunshine – the Morning Glory.
Its high acidity content and rich, creamy mouthfeel is reminiscent of White Burgundy, producing delightful citrus and white flower aromatics.
The palate is met with savoury nutty and vanilla characteristics deriving from finely integrated oak fermentation over 12 months, displaying precision and poise.
