    • Slice red capsicum into thin strips
    • Julienne carrots into thin matchsticks

    • Small handful of rice noodles in center
    • 3-4 strips of char siu pork
    • Cucumber matchsticks
    • Carrot matchsticks
    • Red capsicum strips
    • 4-5 coriander leaves
  3. Roll it up:
    • Fold bottom edge over filling
    • Fold in sides
    • Roll tightly toward the top
    • Place seam-side down
  4. Serve: Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately with included hoisin sauce for dipping

Family-Friendly Tips

  • Make it interactive: Let kids choose their own fillings and roll their own
  • Prep ahead: Cut vegetables the night before and store in airtight containers
  • Lunch box hack: Wrap individual rolls in damp paper towel, then plastic wrap
  • Picky eaters: Keep vegetable components separate so kids can customize

Storage

  • Best eaten fresh
  • Can be stored wrapped in damp paper towel in fridge for up to 4 hours
  • Don't freeze - rice paper becomes too soft
