The Quixotic Pinot Noir is a rare release. We were so taken with the quality of the 2025 Pinot Noir we carefully selected a few barrels to craft this unique limited blend. Predominantly 667 from our top block with +50% whole bunch. It is a selection from our very best parcels blended for this unique site expression with power and depth.
Minimal filtration and sulfur additions prior to bottling. No fining = Vegan Friendly
