Our Angullong Classic Cuveé is a traditional sparkling wine. The traditional blend of varieties results in a sparkling wine that is crisp with fresh Granny Smith apple with underlying berry flavours. The secondary fermentation builds the yeasty, creamy complexity that sparkling wines are renowned for. It is labelled ‘Brut’ in the French tradition as this indicates that this is dry wine. Enjoy well chilled.
