You’re either thinking “I don’t like chardonnay” or “I absolutely love it”. Luckily, this one caters for all. Fermented in combination of new and mature oak using wild yeast, we employ a significant amount of battonage to add interest and build texture. A gorgeous chardonnay shown in an iconic Orange style.
