Hi, I’m Will! I’ve called Orange home since I was six, and after a few years studying and living in Sydney, I felt the pull back to country life. Coming home, I was driven by one big question: how can we make it easier for people to connect with where their food comes from? Local food isn’t just fresher—it’s better for our health, our town, and the planet. I wanted to help create something that made eating well and shopping local feel effortless.

We don’t realise how quickly food loses its goodness after it’s picked—within just a week, it can lose up to 90% of its nutrients before it even hits supermarket shelves! That’s not just bad for our health—it’s costing us money and harming the planet. Transporting food long distances accounts for about 5.5% of Australia’s total CO₂ emissions, and when you add in the 30% of food rejected for not looking “perfect” and all the waste from reduced shelf life, the total impact reaches around 15.5% of our national carbon footprint. How does YourMarket work?

YourMarket is an online marketplace where you can shop from multiple local producers in one place. Simply add items from your favourite local farms, bakeries, butchers and more to your cart, and we’ll deliver them all to your door in one box — fresh, local, and hassle-free.

Where do the products come from?

Every product on YourMarket is sourced directly from local farmers, makers and small independent businesses in our region. We prioritise quality, sustainability, and transparency — so you always know who made your food and where it came from.

When and how is my order delivered?

We deliver fresh, local products Wednesday & Friday between 2-6:30pm. You’ll select your delivery date and a 1 hour delivery window at checkout, and we handle all the logistics — collecting your order from each producer and bringing it straight to your door in one convenient delivery.

Is buying local more expensive?

Not with YourMarket. Because we cut out middlemen and connect you directly with producers, prices are fair for the farmers and for you — and often comparable to the supermarket. Plus, you’re getting higher quality, longer-lasting food that’s better for your health and the planet.

Why shop with YourMarket instead of the supermarket?

Supermarkets offer convenience, but often at the cost of freshness, quality, and sustainability. At YourMarket, you get food that’s picked fresh and delivered faster — meaning more nutrients, better flavour, and less waste. And every purchase supports the Orange local economy.

Fees & Delivery Info

Fees

All products on YourMarket are price matched to what the producer charges — keeping things fair for both you and the farmer. To keep the service running smoothly, there's a $6 service fee per order, and a delivery fee ranging from $7.5 to $17.5 depending on your distance from town. Orders over $115 receive free delivery.

Delivery

We currently deliver within a 25km radius of Robertson Park, Orange, on Wednesdays and Fridays between 2pm and 6:30pm, with 1-hour delivery windows.

Please choose a time when someone will be home to receive your order — especially for chilled or temperature-sensitive items, as we’re not currently using insulated bags. Orders can be placed right up until midnight the night before delivery, but do check individual product pages, as some items have extra lead time or are only available on particular days.
