Ingredients:

  • 6 Cured Orange Italian sausages, casings removed, shaped into 4 patties
  • 4 Racine Bakery brioche buns
  • 1 jar (230g) Romanian Delights Zacusca Beetroot
  • 1 Second Mouse Cheese Co haloumi cheese, sliced
  • 1 Martelli Orchards red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Martelli Orchards oak leaf lettuce

Not included:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sausage Patties:

    • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
    • Lightly coat the sausage patties with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Grill patties for 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare to 10 minutes for well done. Set aside.
  2. Toast the Burger Buns:

    • Slice the burger buns in half and toast until golden brown under the grill or in a toaster.
  3. Assemble the Burgers:

    • Spread a generous amount of Zacusca Beetroot onto the bottom half of each toasted bun.
    • Place a sausage patty on top of the Zacusca Beetroot.
    • Add haloumi slices, followed by red onion and oak leaf lettuce.
    • Top with the other half of the bun.
  4. Serve:
