Pumpkin Loaf (Only available Fridays)

A savoury alternative to bread, made from pumpkin, nuts and eggs topped with pumpkin seeds. Works well as a sandwich bread or toasted. 

Ingredients: pumpkin (28%), almond meal (22%), free range eggs (35%), tapioca flour,  pumpkin seeds (1.5%), organic apple cider vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt.

Shelf life: 14 days. Keep refrigerated (slice and freeze for up to 3 months)
