Beautiful Boysenberry Jam

Made from a dear friend's excess homegrown Boysenberries and with 30% less sugar, this product is intense in colour, texture and flavour. Any person who prefers a dark berry jam will love this.

Requires nothing more than fresh scones & cream to bring out its rich berry flavour. For a savoury option - serve with a slice of cheddar cheese, on crusty bread. Easily turned into a delicious dessert sauce by warming & adding a little butter or brandy.  

Ingredients: fresh local boysenberries, sugar, fresh lemon juice, water.
