Grape Pirates Pinot Noir 2025

A vibrant and textural Pinot Noir from the cool climate region of Orange, NSW.

Tasting Note: Fragrant Cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, candied rhubarb and subtle sarsaparilla, flow to a juicy, textual palate with hints of allspice and silky tannins. 

Winemaking: Grown at 860 meters altitude on the slopes of Gaanha Bula (Mt Canobolas, NSW). Open fermented for 3 weeks, pressed and racked to French Oak barrels for 10 months. Naturally settling in tank for 6 months before bottling.
