Named for The Mouse you know and love; an Alpine Farmhouse style with a decidedly local flair, Maurice is an unashamedly “cheesy” cheese! Washed in Badland’s Brewery Pale Ale with small eyes and an aromatic rind, it is the ideal table cheese with complex flavours and delectable length.

Extremely versatile for pairing, whack it on a Ploughman’s Plate with all things pickled. Excellent with Pale and Golden Ales, red and white wines alike!
