Peking Plum Sauce (250mL)

A richly coloured Asian style sauce. The strong flavour reflects the gentle sweetness of plums with the zing of ginger, garlic and malt vinegar. 25% less sugar. This is definitely not a bland or sickly sweet sauce!

Use as a dipping sauce for steamed or fried dumplings, wontons or spring rolls. A natural accompaniment for Asian style BBQ pork or duck dishes & pork sausages. A ready made marinade for pork, beef or lamb ribs. 

Ingredients: local blood plums, sugar, malt vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic, selected spices.
